Default Berry Whip Cream Cheese Cake
Berry Whip Cream Cheese Cake

*20 carbs for the whole Pie!
  • One 8oz package of cream cheese
  • One pint heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • One cup sliced berries
  • 10 packets of splenda (20 tsp splenda or 1/3 cup)
Add Splenda and vanilla to cream. Whip until fluffy and firm. Add soft cream cheese to whip cream. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Pour into pie plate. Cover with berries. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
