Default Pumpkin Spice

I cannot find a pumpkin spice in the UK so I make my own:

  • 4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Allspice
  • 1 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 0.5 Tsp Cinammon

Anyone have any different variations?

Well, when I make a pumpkin pie, using about 1 1/2 cups of pumpkin, I add the following:

1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
(and some grated lemon rind)
