Default Egg-Tuna Salad casserole

I accidently stumbled onto this.. I'd fixed tuna salad and added boiled eggs to it,and put it on a whole wheat hot dog bun and topped it with cheese, and stuck it under the broiler to melt, and I had some leftover. Today, I put it in a ramiken and topped it with two slices of baby swiss cheese, and stuck it under the broiler til the cheese was hot. I wondered how tuna salad would taste.. hot! Yummy!!

here is what I put in the salad:

Egg- Tuna Salad casserole

Canned tuna
boiled eggs
chopped onion
chopped celery
salt
pepper
mayonaise

Mix, and put in casserole ( or a whole wheat hot dog bun???)
Top with generous amount of cheese, I used baby swiss
place under broiler til cheese melts.

You make make a large amount for a large casserole, or simply use a bun, or ramiken and make small servings.

I used to make a hot chicken salad. It was yummy. I never thought of doing it with tuna.
