LOL! That's EXACTLY what our annual Christmas Eve dinner consists of, plus I make that low-carb focaccia bread and slather it with garlic butter!

And I'll have to admit now - DH and I just finished polishing off 2 big fresh cracked Dungeness crabs, with melted butter and the juice of a small lemon picked right off my tree! HEAVEN. For sure!

I'm with Maggie on browning. I clean them up, cut the end off, peel off any outer leaves and slice them in half lengthwise. Then, toss in a pan on medium high heat until they're nice and brown. OMG, heaven!

Made some more fresh brussel sprouts tonight. Sauteed with oil till tender, then tossed with parm cheese and they are SO good. Fresh ones are superior, no doubt.
