| Yes Kim I do! Here you go: 3 TBS Peanut Butter (smooth no sugar added) 3 TBS Vegetable oil or Peanut oil (sometimes I'll use a mixture & put some sesame oil) 1 1/2 TBS low sodium soy sauce (reg also works fine) 2 TBS rice wine vinegar (don't used seasoned lots of carbs) 1/4 teaspoon or more cayenne pepper Let me know what you think

| Dipping chicken or you can use it as a sauce for the entire dish. Some people even dip veggies in it. Heck, you can dip anything you'd like in it. |

| Here's a link to the one I use, Kim. It's very similar to Susie's, and it's also very good. It's from the Splenda website, and they have a few good one there. They are not all low carb recipes, but they are sugar-free. Spicy Peanut Sauce

| Thanks so much for asking about this, Kim. I love this stuff. I used to stir fry chicken and broccoli and dump this on top (served over rice), but it would be great to just have some chicken and broccoli with this in it
