| Asian Fusion Brussel Sprouts 2 pounds Brussel Sprouts 3 Tbls olive oil 1 Tbls sesame oil 2 Tbls chopped garlic 2-3 tsp grated ginger root In a small bowl, combine olive oil, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. (I used a combination of plain sesame oil and hot chili sesame oil.) Stir and let sit while preping the sprouts. Trim the base of the sprouts and cut them in half. Put the sprouts in a plastic bag, add the oil mixture and mix to coat the sprouts. Put in a single layer on a foil lined cookie sheet sprayed with Pam and bake in a preheated 500 degree oven for about 20 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. When the outer leaves begin to carmelize, remove from the oven and serve.

| yeah.. me too! i always use frozen ones... i guess i could thaw some and try it.. i REALLY like the idea of the chili oil..mmmmmmmmmmmmm thanks henry! |

| That sounds wonderful, Henry. And I've got a bunch of sprouts in the vegie drawer just waiting to be cooked. I see a tasty treat with dinner tonight.
