| I got this recipe from my daugher's boyfriend's mother. It has got to be the best dip I've ever had. I served it at my husband's birthday party. We had a crawfish boil and fajitas for those in the group that don't eat crawfish. I had about 4 or 5 people ask me for the recipe. I make it every chance I get, I can't get enough of it. Baked Dip 1-1/2 cups sour cream 1-8 ounce block of cream cheese - chopped into pieces 4 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 small bunch of green onions - chopped 1 whole pouch of real bacon bits (I use Oscar Mayer) Place sour cream in electric mixer bowl and mix for a few seconds to lubricate the bowl, it makes mixing the cream cheese easier. With the mixer running, drop the cream cheese pieces in, mixing well after each addition. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350? until hot a puffed up and just starting to brown around the edges. Scoop out hot dip onto snack size paper plates and serve with Low Carb crackers or vegies of your choice. Serve with Ritz crackers to non-low carbers

| This is a great recipe! My niece gave it to me and it quickly became a favorite around here and at work for special occasions. Thanks for posting it, BettyR. |
