| 1 lb ground beef 80/20 1 egg 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese onion salt pepper garlic 1 1/2 cups crushed pork rinds 1 can cream of mushroom soup mix it all up and shape in to a loaf and bake.. i topped mine with turkey bacon slices .. 8 servings computes to 237 cal and 3 carbs

| a little too wet i think next time i would cut back on the wet ingredients.. but it tasted awesome.. just a bit to crumbly... and not loafy enuff

| I am making meatloaf now it is in the oven. I use ground beef, chopped up deli ham (pork), 2 eggs, parmesan cheese, flax, and lots of lovely spices and flavourings such as parsley, onion powder, mushroom seasoning a bit of pesto and whatever is in my cupboard really.
