Today I ate the chile lime wings, as I ended up eating the leftover Carne Asada on Monday. I took both and decided to eat the Asada instead yesterday. Love 'em both though!

Chef salad with a small side bowl of chili. I'm hungry as I missed breakfast (BAD IDEA), but I'll still stay the lc way

Are you getting ready for surgery or something? Or is Jello your punishment for being bad?

I had a salad with salmon, peppers, cauliflower, red onion, peas, and tomato.

I think today we're going to have leftover quiche (I had some "hairy" cheese, cut off the yucky stuff, grated it and made a nice quiche), and maybe green beans because they are quick to cook. Or spinach. And maybe a pickle.

LOL - yes Mary Kay love that gatorade. NOT. nearly lost it by the third dose.
Terrasanct - had to have a colonoscopy yesterday so couldn't eat solid food for all day wednesday. ended up fasting for a total of 40 hours. well jello and gatorade but i don't count nausea inducing foods as eating.

HAd chicken nuggets yesterday for lunch at Buffalo Wild wings. Pretty good with a garlic hot sauce.

Rob, hope it went well.. nice to be back on solid food, isn't it?

lunch today was the usual baby spinach leaves, chopped red peppers (sweet), chopped raw zucchini, chopped snap peas, scallions, and some Annie's caesar dressing and a T of grated Parmesan cheese on top...

DH is taking me out tonight for steak... in this country that is less wonderful than it sounds - but they are edible!
