 Online Cooking Encyclopedia My Dad emailed this link to me. I think it's cool because, not only are there pictures for each foodstuff, substitutions are listed for each food. I clicked on meats, then poultry, and then scrolled down and read the entries. Wow. I mean, who knew that a 15-pound turkey has twice as much meat on it than a 10-pound turkey? I just thought the link was worthy of being shared.
