Well, Dan refers to it as "the science experiment on the counter!" The wonderful Maggie provided me with kefir grains and I'm brewing away - I've made one batch that went right into the fridge, and another batch that is on day 3 of aging. So far, I'm in love!

I haven't put any in the fridge yet... just strain it, drink it, and put the little dudes in some fresh milk for the next day.

I'm in love too!
