I'm a huge fan of Sharron's cheesecake recipes and this has to be one of the best that she's come up with. It's been a while since I've made this one and after digging out the recipe this weekend and whipping it up, I vowed not to let so much time lapse before making it again in the future. I've had non-LC folks say it was the best dessert they've ever had. I haven't made anything for ages, either. I have a mountain of cream cheese in my fridge too (on sale a while back!) LOL

You're welcome Sharron! And you are so right about non-LC folks liking it, in fact I've decided that from now on this particular cheesecake will be my staple company dessert.
