Default freezable?

Does anyone know if the low-carb shakes (i.e.: Atkins powdered mixes) are freezable after they are made? I have an appt to have a cavity filled tomorrow morning, and we may go out of town tomorrow afternoon. I was wondering if it would be worth it to try freezing the shakes today and take them with us if we do indeed go so that they don't get warm. Any ideas? Or perhaps I'll just take some mix & stop & get cold water if need be. Any input would be appreciated.
