Default Soy powder

My somewhat older version of the Dr. Atkins Diet Revolution has recipes that call for "soy powder". Can someone enlighten me as to exactly what it is that I need to buy? Is it soy flour? , soy protein isolate, or something completely different? I know that the new version replaces this with the Atkins Diet Bake Mix which I don't want to purchase (I've had it before!).

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

Default Re: Soy powder

Lisa, I am not sure what is being referred to. I would think that if soy flour was intended, the recipe would have specified it. However, because you indicate the new version of the recipe substitutes the Atkins bake mix, which has a lot of soy flour in it, I am not sure. If you would post the recipe, I might be able to tell you if soy isolate would work in the recipe, or if you would need to use soy flour.
