From another board - a user wrote DaVinci and asked about carb counts in the sugarfree syrups and this was the response:

"There are 4 grams in a 750 ml bottle. It would average about 1.33 carbs per cup used."

I'd seen previously reported up to 8 grams per bottle, which STILL is great IMHO but this is even better AND straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak!

I can't imagine what carbs are actually in these syrups. Must be the gum thickeners and preservatives. Since I never use them in anything that comes out to more than a spoonful or so per serving, I guess I'm ok to continue to count it as pretty much nothing.

Me too, Sis. Maybe the flavorings add a miniscule amount - I dunno - never counted it though, and never will, as it doesn't take much to do whatever it is you're doing, even if you thicken half a cup to use on LC pancakes or ice cream - you're only eating a couple tablespoons at most.
