 Wheat Gluten What is vital wheat gluten used for? How is it used? I bought some today because I know I have seen it called for in recipes but now cannot remember which ones! I have been trying to change up my eating a little as I am getting bored of the same old same old.....

| Re: Whet Gluten I use Vital Wheat Gluten in any recipe calling for a bake mix (I make my own) or else, I use it in baked goods, like LC bread for example. Try looking through some of the recipes and I'll bet that's where you saw it used. |
