| I found this recipe on another thread and just had to share it with everyone. I love it. English Muffins 1/4 cup carbquick 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder 2 tbsp. flaxseed meal 1/2 package splenda pinch of salt 1 egg 2 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. olive oil or melted butter Mix all ingredients together in a 2 cup tupperware container. Nuke on high for 2 minutes or so. The recipe makes a tall, 3 - 4" muffin. After it cools slice it in half, and then half again. Makes 4 slices. Then toast. This is sooo good. You could use it to make a sandwich or egg mcmuffin...lots of uses. I just like mine toasted with lc peanut butter and an egg for breakfast. Enjoy!
