Hi
I need some advice. I made some vegetable stock as I had some veggies that were going off and I wanted to use them up. I simmered the following for one hour:
1 parsnip
1 carrot
2 green onions
half a turnip
2 celery sticks
I have intention of keeping any of the veg, just the liquid, does anyone have any idea what the carb count would be? I looked it up in Fitday but cannot find it. Shop bought stock has about 11 carbs but I think it is because they liquidise the veggies and keep them in.
