| Aloha Ya'll, 1) Do you have a favorite sprout (seed, bean) that you like to use in your LC eating/cooking? 2) Have you ever grown sprouts and which ones do you have most success with? I've tried growing I think it was alfalfa sprouts using a mason jar and sprouter top 4 years ago. Started off great, but kinda soured before they got "mature" enough to eat. I would like to try growing them again. Many thanks!

| I've grown sprouts in the past, but I've only used them in salads or sandwiches. Broccolli sprouts are reputed to be extremely high in anti-oxidants.
