| 4 ounces chestnut mushrooms (or other type of mushroom) 2 tablespoons of cream cheese 1 ounce of blue cheese 2 ounces of German Bierwurst (about 6 slices) fresh parsley salt and pepper In a food processor (I have a small food chopper for things like these) mix up the mushroom stalks, cream cheese, blue cheese, German Bierwurst and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Once it is nicely combined to resemble a paste, use a small spoon to fill the mushrooms up (you may create mounds of filling it doesn't need to be flat) and place on a greased baking tray (filling facing up) for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees (350 degrees fahrenheit). Use the same spoon to eat the remaining filling while the stuffed mushrooms cook! This is enough for a side for two people, I have it sometimes as a meal all to myself. 4 ounces worked out about 15 mushrooms, I just ate a few whilst I was getting ready to take a photo!
