Default Rachel Ray recipe - easily LC'd
I rarely get to watch Rachel Ray, but by some strange planetary alignment, I did get to on Tuesday. She made these incredible-looking chicken & tomatillo tostadas, so I had to try them. The only thing I changed about the recipe was that I used LC tortillas. They were fantastic! (and quick!) Here's a link if you're interested:

I think I will try these tonight or tomorrow (depending on whether my girls' softball practice gets rained out)... If so, I'll post how they turn out!
