Default A really great LC book
Hi everyone, I found the most amazing LC book that is easy and so helpful.
It is called

Saving Dinner the Low Carb Way By Leanne Ely
You can read about it here:

The recipies are easy and have all the breakdowns for carbs and also have suggestions what to pair with it for non low carbers in your family. You can also reduce the portions to make it for 2 servings. The shooping lists are printable as well which helps greatly. Anyway I thought it was worth posting up here as it has made my cooking experience alot more diverse and easier.

And if you use the Amazon link on LCE to buy it, LCE gets a portion of the sale! What a deal!

I'll be purchasing soon - need to curb my Amazon habit for a bit, though. Been spending a bit too much time and money there lately! LOL!

But seriously, I'm all about supporting things I believe in when I can - especially when they're this easy! (And you're right, Phinixis, there's always next time - especially at that addictive Amazon!)
