Default ??? about the Three Minute Chocolate Cake Recipe

I want to make this recipe, but I have a couple of questions first. I see it says there are approx 8 carbs in the entire recipe. I am assuming most of these would come fromt the splenda packets? I would be using the liquid splenda from sweetzfee - also it calls for coco powder - i have unsweetened would that be ok?

Cake has always been one of my fav's - my OMM is a great alternative, but I was hoping this to be more "cake-like"

Unsweetened cocoa is what you should be using in this recipe. Using liquid Splenda, the carb count would be a little less than 4 net carbs.

Thanks Henry! I figured unsweented coca was right, but that is not what the recipe called for.

Have you tried this before?

I have made it several times. It is a nice treat. I usually serve it with a little l/c chocolate syrup and whipped cream. However, I also use it as the base for a l/c baked Alaska.

Well that just sounds heavenly!

It's feels like it has been forever since I had cake! I make a cake or brownies every week for my 2 boys. Maybe they will like "mommy's cake" instead! I make the OMM everynight for breakfast the next day and my ds always asks if I am making a "mommy muffin." It's very cute.

Thanks for the help and I hope to chat with you again!
