    Did any of you eat the ones you froze yet? I was going to make them tonight and freeze some for the week. ???

    Yes! I froze them in individual ziplock containers. I've brought them for lunch by moving them from the freezer to the fridge the night before and then nuking for lunch. Very good!

    Freezing worked well. I just thawed out the last of them yesterday. Delicious.
