| I'm sure there has been a thread before about Shiritake noodles. I bought some yesterday and had them last night for dinner with a spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese....... little sauce, lots of cheese. They were OK, but I wasn't just bowled over by them. What do you do with them? |

| Judy, I use them either as a side dish with an alfredo or cheddar cheese sauce, or I add them to a stir fry to make a lo-mein style dish.

| Thanks Henry, I knew you would have an idea. I think I read somewhere about people cooking them, cutting them up, and then frying the pieces. I'll have to keep looking for ideas. I have two bags. |

| They are excellent for asian stir fry type dishes. Use plenty of garlic, hot pepper, some ginger, fish sauce and all the rest of the usual stuff except sugar. Did I mention hot pepper? |
