Not the exact recipe, but similar types of recipes. I did some zucchini pancakes in a waffle iron. If you try the OMM this way, post your results.

I sometimes slice my OMM and toast it in the toaster oven. Add lots of butter, and you have a fantastic breakfast or snack.

Yes, I'd love to hear how this works, too

It worked great. I made a double recipe and poured it in my waffle iron. DH loved it. Not sure it was worth dragging out the waffle iron. Haven't used it for probably 16 years. Took about 1 minute to cook. It didn't get crispy though like a waffle. It was soft and tender. I mix my flaxseed meal with protein powder, half and half and add cinnamon, mace and ground cloves.

Thanks, Deb, for letting us know how this came out.

I'm with you...haven't used my waffle iron since 1904! LOL!

I do like to make my OMM with Maggie's cereal and add a 1/4 c frozen, unsweet blueberries and a touch of lemon extract, and fry it up in some olive oil for a *wunnerful* lemon-blueberry pancake! Yum-O!

If you're still hungry for waffles, here is a great recipe. Sounds strange, but
it's a winner!

cheers!
