| Hi Kelly, You may want to check out this post first before you buy: Lowcarbezine!: What About Whey Low? I don't think it's "all that," but that's just me. Really, there is no perfect sugar substitute. You have to find what works best for you. A lot of people do well with liquid sucralose (sweetfreeze). You may want to look into that. Good luck! | I had adverse BGL levels with this product ... yes, the "D" version too. Just my experience.
