i'm still experimenting with getting the right amount of fruit. enough so it's good, but not more than i need, yaknow. i've mostly been using the calorie countdown milk and only about a tablespoon or so of heavy cream, as it doesn't take much, so that helps. but i know it all adds up. the plus side is that my daughter has expressed an interest in trying some of them. seeing as how her nutritional habits leave a LOT to be desired, i'm always happy to see her expressing an interest in anything that has some vitamins in it. dance2

| I have Sophie with me today - she kept asking for a "foovie", I finally figured out she wanted a smoothie. I made her one with whey protein powder and Walden Farms choc. syrup. She didn't like it! Guess I'll have it for a snack for later.
