Hi Tracy. I am always willing to share my recipes. However, I am not sure of the dish to which you are referring with the acronym DPPPD. I'm sure when you tell me, I will say "Duh, I should have known that."

Thanks Heather. It was so long ago, I had forgotten. At least with your note, I was able to find where I first used it. Since I do not type very well, I used the acronym DPPPD instead of typing "Decadent Pecan Pie Part Deux", a reference to a variation I tried on my original Decadent Pecan Praline Pie recipe. Tracy, here is a link to that recipe
Alternative Pecan Pie

In addition, here is a link to the original recipe version of the Decadent Pecan Praline Pie.

No problem! I don't think I could have gone to bed wondering what this DPPPD was, lol. I couldn't remember it and curiosity would have kept me up late. Bit of OCD or maybe just the kid inside of me that has to know now.

Thanks, Henry and Heather, for your help in locating the post. I don't know how to do that 'quote box' thing. I don't have a lot of low-carb ingredients yet but will have to get some of those syrups so I can try this. Can't live without pecan pie for holidays in the South, ya' know!
