Then I'll just have to come sneak in your back door and grab your supper before you get a chance to gobble it down! LOL!

Cheeseburger salad tonight. I love it that way. Take everything you would put on a great cheeseburger and make it into a salad. Into a large bowl crumble the burger, toss in cheese shreds, sliced grape tomatoes, sliced red onion, even pickles, add the lettuce mix of your choice. I use mayo for a salad dressing. Toss gently and put into serving bowl. It's pretty tasty and you don't miss the bun. I have all the cold ingredients ready and make sure the burger is warm when I sit down to eat. Delish!

I'm going out to dinner tonight and as I've had chicken up the whazoo this week I know that there's a steak with my name on it just waiting to be masticated.

PS-the stuffed strawberries last night were fantastic! (And I kept my door locked!)

I made dh go out for bbq, brisket, & he bought ribs, too. Had some leftover coleslaw with it. Finished up with a cup of decaf.

Tonight will be grilled portobello mushrooms (they are HUGE), with melted mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top and a green salad. And a couple of plain strawberries.

Tonight it's LC chicken stir-fry. The chicken breast were brined overnight. I floated some sliced oranges in the spiced brine. I have a bottle of LC sesame terrayaki I'm going to try out. I'll do a review of it in Product Review Forum after I use it. Veggies will by traditional stir-fry.

I made the chicken stir-fry and I'll write about the sauce on the Product review forum. The veggies and chicken are great, but the sauce...meh. You know how some of those things can be. I'm thinking the flavors will have a little more "pop" tomorrow at lunch. I'll let you know.

The portobello mushrooms last night were scrumptous. Tonight it's going to be a 3 egg omelette stuffed with swiss cheese, red and orange bell pepper, and a couple of pieces of bacon.
