Katalina - your mention of bacon reminds me that I have some in the fridge that needs to be cooked. Was going to have leftovers tonight, but might just have bacon & eggs. Thanks for the idea!

Tonight I'm going to have Robb's Cobb salad. (Try saying that 3x fast!) I'll use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch.

Yummo!

Tonight we are having cheeseburgers. The guys get the burgers with the bun and all the triming. I get a cheeseburger salad! Saw the idea from Susie and jumped right on board! Can't wait!

Dinner was going to be pork roast; however, it's still sitting in the fridge, and I'm back at work. So, perhaps we'll have salmon; I think what I have in the freezer can be cooked from the frozen state. If not, then I'll take out some blue hake and bake it. I know that will work! And perhaps some roasted broccoli, with olive oil, sprinkled with garlic & onion powder, and perhaps a pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of pizzazz. A dill sauce for the fish, made with a bit of mayo & sour cream, lots of dill mixed in, and just a touch of chopped onion. And I think I'll cook enough so that there will be leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

My dinner sounds sick compared to Nita and Henry's. I'm just having a pork chop with cauliflower and a salad.

And for dessert some of the fresh strawberries (2 pounds) i bought last week and forgot i had when they got pushed to the back bottom shelf.)

Tonight it is going to be Susie's spinach stuffed chicken breasts and some sauteed bell peppers. Still have a strawberry or two hanging around so that will finish up the meal.

Well, supper was gonna be that pork roast, but it's still sitting in the fridge, waiting for me to remember it. So, perhaps supper will be an omelet with bacon or sausage, perhaps with some bell pepper and onion, and a sprinkle of cheese.
