| Years ago I made a quick dessert with cream cheese and SF jello. I can't find my note about it in my recipe book. Anybody tried this?? I would be grateful -- it's yummy! ![]() |

| Hi Lynn, I make a lime SF jello treat with cream cheese. I dissolve 1 large box Lime(or lemon would also work) in 2C boiling water. Let cool slightly, about 5 -10 min, then pour over 1 8oz package cream cheese in the blender. Blend until smooth; (it will look like a creamy mixture.) Then add 2 Cups of diet lemon-lime soda, stir, and place in large shallow glass dish. Refridgerate for a few hours or until firm. I cut it into squares and put a shoosh of whipped cream on top. Very cool and refreshing for the summer. total for recipe: 858 calories 79g fat 7g carb 0g fiber 28g pro I cut into 6 squares for: 142 calories 12.1g fat 1.2g carb 0g fiber 4.7g pro you could also do strawberry sf jello with diet strawberry soda, or sf orange jello with the lemon-lime diet soda. I've made all kinds of combos..they all taste good to me! ![]() hth s

| Thanks so much! I don't remember it having the diet lemon lime soda, but that sounds great, too. I have some tangerine lime carbonated water that will probably do the trick -- with zero cal. carbs, etc. I'm going to try it tonight!! Lynn |

| To answer the question about my name, RedDogsLady . . . . Red Dog was my husband's nickname when he was younger. He was also called Red Pup sometimes. So, now you know!! LOL Also, I did get a reply about the recipe and made it! Yummy! Really hits the spot when you need something a little on the sweet side. |
