We may be going out for dinner tonight...if so, I'll be having a steak and salad.

If we eat at home, I'll be sauteeing onions, red peppers and Steak'umms and once I have them on the plate, I'll top with a sprinkle of shredded cheese. DH gets his in a lc tortilla but I'll skip that part.

Mab, you sure eat a lot of cottage cheese!

Recently, I had some of that green soybean pasta with some shrimp and stir fry veggies on top, cooked with a little sf sweetner and soy sauce. It was great, and I took the leftover pasta, cold, and put some italian salad dressing on it for some pasta salad for lunch yesterday. i was very pleased with it.

uhm, goddess? i'm having cottage cheese with my lunch. do you think i am addicted? i might be, i love it so. i have to have the 4 oz packages so i don't eat too much of it. 4 0z has a whopping 5 carbs, but i do love it so.

tonight for dinner i am trying to talk hubby into going out. i want to go to outback and have the alice spring chicken! yummo.

I've been so busy with baseball season that I haven't eaten a proper meal in awhile I don't think.

Katalina: The stirfry with coleslaw mix turned out really good. But, I think next time I'll try adding just a bit of Chinese 5 Spice. It just seemed like something was missing.

Tonight I think will be porkchops, cauliflower and salad. We leave tomorrow at noon for our camping weekend so I don't want a big mess. Plus I have laundry to do and the motorhome to stock up. Sounds like a good excuse to me.

Donna-thanks for the heads up. I have the shrimp and coleslaw mix ready to go for this weekend. And I think I have some 5 spice powder too. Sounds like a winner.

i just thought it was funny, mab. i have it on occassion as well, but you do seem to be a big fan of it. smart to have the portion sizes figured out...i get the carb-creepies when i don't do that.

last night, i had a LC pita with some meatballs, cheese and spagettti sauce, along with some coleslaw I made. it was my first try at making cole slaw, so i was delighted it came out tasting pretty good. hubby was very pleased with it.

I've had a request for cauli crust pizza again, this time from DH. So I'll make one with regular pizza toppings and one alfredo style. It's easy, yummy and on plan all the way!

Going out to a Greek restaurant tonight-not sure what I'll be eating. Maybe lamb.
