Happy Birthday Katalina! Hope you had a nice evening out!

Tonight I'm making a small ribeye and either fried green beans or a salad to go with it. With DH out of town and DS going out to dinner with his cousins tonight, I decided to treat myself to my favorite meal!

Happy Birthday, KAT! Whoo hoo!

Tonight's dinner here was last of the leftovers. (You can call me the Leftover Goddess. LOL). Had some grilled steak leftovers, green beans and some of Shell's Mom's Delish Stuffed Strawberries for dessert.

Dinner tonight will be one of our summer staples, a taco salad - lettuce, tomato, green onion, sliced jalepenos and ripe olices, taco meat and a little cheese, topped with a little picante sauce and my sweet french l/c dressing.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes. Had a great time last night-went to a restaurant with "Northwest cooking". Salmon with butter and fresh dill sauce. Fresh greens salad. I skipped the new potatoes but did have 2 glasses of champagne. Surprised I remember the dinner. Oh yeah-fresh raspberries for dessert.

Tonight will be a simple salad with leftover roasted chicken added, along with cherry tomatoes and bell peppers. Olive oil and vinegar dressing.

Kat, your b-day dinner sounds great! Glad you had a good time.

I have no more leftovers, so I'll have to find something to cook tonight. I need to go out today, so I'll see what strikes me.

Leftover burger patties and cauliflower/feta casserole is what I'm planning on for me....noodleless lasagna for DS.
