My kitchen is still a bit topsy-turvy, so I might just do a nice salad. However, I do have a bag of shredded cabbage, perhaps a nice big coleslaw and either ham or brisket. Whatever is easier to clean up after, I suppose.

Yummy ~ last night was tilapia and garden fresh green beans with bacon and a wonderful salad.

Last evening I had a most delicious butterflied leg of lamb roast. Had it with broccoli in white cheddar cheese sauce. I poured the pan drippings over my 2 dogs dry food and they sluped it right down. One dog came upstairs as soon as she was done and gave me a long lick. lol
