Sirloin steak cooked on the grill and Brussels sprouts with onion and garlic cooked in olive oil. After the main course 1/2 cup Fage yogurt flavored with SF DaVinci caramel syrup.

Tonight's dinner will be an oven fried chicken breast, Dijonaise & cheddar crusted baked cauliflower, and broccoli.

I've got chicken breasts marinating in tequila, lime juice, liquid smoke, a dash of worchestershire, and a clove of chopped garlic. May possibly make chicken fajitas, but I'm leaning more towards just grilling them, and either putting them on a big romaine salad, or making some LC slaw. I may tinker with a "honey"-lime-vinegarette dressing to go on top if I do the salad thing.

Supper tonight could be one of several things. I have barbacoa roasting (blame my son-in-law for introducing me to this!), and I'm going to brown a couple of lbs of hamburger meat and season it for taco salads, and a package of pork chops need to be cooked. So, one of those 3 things, depending on my mood at the time. And probably a salad, or, if there is any squash in the garden, perhaps some steamed squash. (We've already had yellow squash this week, fresh picked. Yum!)

I have a beef roast in the slow cooker. Add to that a veggie and salad and dinner is served! Gotta love those slow cookers!!

No, he got home late and had a few burger patties along with 2 cream cheese muffins with blueberries. I didn't feel like cooking so I had scrambled eggs with a little cheese and sour cream (my usual don't know what I want dinner!)

Tonight I'll be having burger patties and cucumber salad. I'll make something chicken for DS so that he can have leftovers to take in his lunch for work tomorrow!

DH is out of town this week so I don't have to worry about feeding him! That means there will be ribeye for lunch for me at least once this week! DH works nights so we have our bigger meal at lunch and he doesn't care for steak so I have it when he's gone!

My friends are taking me out for my 55th birthday tonight. Don't know where I'm going yet, but they've assured me that I'll have no problem finding a delish low carb dinner on the menu. But there will be a glass or two (or 3?) of champagne imbibed today-YAY!
