| The other night my family was having fried potatoes with dinner. Not to be left out I put butter in a pan and dumped a bag of frozen cauliflower in and covered it. After a bit I seasoned it and added just a splash of water to get the steam going. I think I had it on the stove for about 15 minutes or so and then added some pesto and let it cook for a few more minutes. I piled some on my plate and sprinkled it with some feta cheese. My dh tasted it and loved it. A few nights later I did the same thing with cabbage...it was wonderful. Pesto is my absolute fav thing to add to any dish...I love it on burgers with some mayo and wrapped in lettuce. Who needs bread?! Just some ideas I thought I would share ![]()
