i thought i'd try using macadamia nuts instead of peanut butter for an asian peanut noodle, with the shirataki noodles. So, i dont have measurements (next time i'll 'perfect it' and write it down), but i threw into my mini processor about 1/3 cup macadamia nuts, soy sauce, rice vinegar (no sug, no carbs), a LOT of chopped ginger, 3 large cloves garlic, about a T each of sesame oil and chili sesame oil, a fist full of cilantro, and two splenda packets. I zipped it up til it was somewhat smooth and tossed it in the hot pan with the pre prepped (rinsed, drained, pan dried)noodles. Having to do it over, i think i might add a T of peanut butter, but i liked not having the carbs (i have a natural peanut butter, but it still has 5 grams net for 2T).
So anyhow, i'll write it down to share, its pretty good, if i do say so :-)
