Tonight was a pork tenderloin prepared Jamaican style (but broiled, not smoke grilled due to weather) and a big tossed salad with Henry's French dressing. ... and some wine.

be careful what you say, Henry. I'm liable to take you up on it.

Last night, I hit the grill again. I love grilling in the summer. Did pork steaks and chicken, marinated in some lemon juice, a little olive oil, and roasted garlic and herb spices. I also got a little corn on the cob-we don't do that very often as it's pretty carby, but here in the midwest, I do have an ear occassional in season since it's very fresh out here...We'll be having that meat for the next few days for sure.
