Dinner tonight will be a taco salad - lettuce, tomatoes from the garden, green onion, jalapenos, ripe olives, taco meat, and cheese.

I emailed netrition about Nutrition kitchen and they emailed me a few hours later. They went out of business this month. They gave me a link to a similar product from Dixie Diner. Kind of expensive at $5.79 for 8 ounces. But I'll give the link below anyway.

Tonight I'll be going to an all you can eat buffet. Wish me luck.

I am making a Deep Dish Pizza Supreme tonight in a 9x13 dish. (Cheese & egg crust topped w/sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, roasted red pepper, ripe olives and cheese.) DW and I will have 3 meals with it this week and I will freeze the rest. We will also have a lettuce salad with it.

Chef Wing-It is going to make an appearance for dinner tonight. I am going to combine leftover grilled chicken, sauteed onion & celery, artichoke hearts, and Shiritaki in a casserole with mayo, sour cream, and parmesean cheese and see what happens. I will serve it with some broccoli.
