mmmm.

well, i just dug some stew meat out to thaw, so i'll probably cook that up in a pan with some veggies and call it dinner. nobody will argue with me.

last night's dinner was a hit with hubby, so tonight he's getting it redux via leftovers. (evidently, the rotel i added "made the top of his head happy" with the green chilies)...

Last night I had a pork chop fried in butter and for my vege I had greenbeans with bacon, and,onion.

Tonight will be a low carb recipe I found a long time ago called chicken spare ribs. You use chicken thighs and pour a mixture of 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar twin, 2 tps minced garlic, 1/4 tps ginger, and 1/2 tps cayenne pepper on top. I have them cooking in the crock pot now. I will make some broccolli and cauliflower for my vege.
