Henry that recipe sounds delicious, I will definitely give it a try.

last night I made a nice beef stir fry. Tonight grilled burgers topped with grilled carmelized onions (made on stove top)with a side of leftover green beans and tomatoes.

Tonight's dinner will be the ubiquitious Taco Salad, a Summer standby that I never tire of, except for the road trip several years ago where I took the ingredients and had it for lunch and dinner 3 days in a row.

Wow, I think I'll just go to Henry's house for dinner every night.

Actually, I'm looking for the pizza recipe you posted. I think it's on this thread somewhere.

I had no ideas about Dinner until Henry mentioned his dinner. I'm stealing his idea! Thanks Henry!

Tonight it's Pot Roast and Zucchini Casserole, both recipes from one of Dana Carpender's books. I made the Zucchini Casserole the other night and DH loved it . . . so I'm making it again tonight. I didn't have enough zucchini, so I added some leftover broccoli. Yummy!!!
