thanks for starting us off this month, shelley! got your tequilia lime chicken thing going, huh?

tonight will be leftovers (my favorite) from last night's grilling: steaks, chicken, salad and calimash. probably one of my SF peanut butter cups i made yesterday for dessert.

Eggs. Either bacon & eggs with sliced tomatoes, or omelets filled with onion & green pepper, and bacon. Dh would like the omelet with salsa. One way or the other, it'll be eggs.

Dinner tonight will be leftovers, except for some sliced fresh tomato from the garden. Besides the tomato, I will have shrimp primavera w/broccoli and artichoke hearts in a white wine and cheese sauce served over cauli-rice.

Tonight I made "Henry's Pizza" with italian sausage, mushrooms and pepper strips. Yummy!!!!

Dinner tonight will be my basic taco salad- lettuce, cherry tomatos, jalepenos, green onion, taco meat and cheese with a little picante sauce and my sweet french dressing..

Tonight's dinner finishes my cycle of meals for this week. I will be having mainly leftovers of 1/2 of a l/c breaded chicken breast parmesean, Dreamfield's spaghetti w/marinara sauce, and green beans w/onion and bacon.

Tonight I'll roast a turkey breast and make cauliflower mashed fauxtatoes and marinated green bean that i have leftover. also will try and devise a gravy. Lots of leftovers for days.

I made Meatball casserole; mine over zucchini noodles, DH had ww pasta.
Also had romaine salad with O/V dressing with oregano. Dessert was fresh strawberries drizzled with vanilla yogurt sauce.
