Sure beats eating Zone Bars or Pickles each and everyday in any respect!

I would add:

lunch meat & cheese rollups
Fried pork rinds and salsa
A (reasonable) handful of olives
A wedge of raw cabbage (ok, thats weird, but I like it!)
An ounce or two of cheese with my smoked/wasabi soy/salted almonds

A few more low carb snacks could be:

Sting cheese
carb and sugar control yogurt ( think the brand is dannon, only 3 or 4 carbs)
almonds

Don't forget; Sunflower seeds, only 4 carbs per ounce with 5 grams of protein; also, all of these are under 1 gram of carbs: 1 cup alfalfa sprouts, 1/2 cup arugula, 1 cup sliced bok choy, 1 celery rib, 1 cup shredded lettuce, 5 radishes and 1 cup fresh spinach. Toss a few into a bowl, add a sprinkle of EVOO and vinegar and you have a great snack.
