In our house we love avocados. I thought it might be a good idea to see what are some of your favourite ways to have them. I like them in a salad, which although it has a few carbs (the tomatoes and onion), we generally don't add a lot of those and have 2 or 3 servings from each salad.
1 avocado diced
6 small tomatoes (cherry, grape etc.) cut in half
feta cheese to taste
1slice red onion, chopped
sliced black olives
black pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste
Combine first 5 ingredients and dress with the last 3. Serve on a bed of spinach, lettuce or whatever greens you prefer.

I grew up eating avocados with sugar and a little milk or cream, similar to a clumpy shake. Since I'm on atkins, I have to minus the milk and cream and add splenda instead. You should really try it if you like to change it up a little.
