| 2 cans drained tuna 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped 2 stalks of celery, diced 1/2 of a small onion, minced Cilantro leaves chopped (I used the leaves from 1/2 of a bunch of cilantro) 4 Thai red chilis, sliced thin (You may substitute chopped pickled jalepenos to taste, if you prefer) Combine all ingredients, mix and add dressing. Chill for several hours to allow the flavors to blend. Dressing: 1/2 cup mayonaise 2 tsp sesame oil (hot or plain) (I used the hot which gave a dressing with a very muted delayed undertone of heat.) 1 Tbls grated or finly minced ginger root 1/2 tsp garlic powder Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and add to the tuna mixture.
