Chicken wing pieces
garlic powder
salt
tabasco sauce to taste

Preheat oven to 450F
Sprinkle frozen chicken wing pieces with garlic and salt
Place on a broiler rack
Bake in oven for around 45 minutes;decease time if chicken is thawed
Turn chicken pieces and switch oven to broil
Broil for about 15 minutes to crisp the skin

Remove from oven and place chicken in a generously sized bowl.

Toss with tabasco sauce to taste.

Serve with Bleu Cheese dressing as a dipper.

(Hubby likes his with teriyaki sauce instead of hot sauce. Just look for a brand with low carbs. Kikkomann is the one I've located.)

Sounds yummy Ginger. Since my entire family really, really likes hot wings, I'm going to be sure to try these. I like the fact that they will be crispy.
