Anybody have an idea for making these low carb. We usually use some flour, seasoned salt, and garlic to coat the tomatoes but need a sub for the flour that will stick and not change the taste. Thanks Joyce

I use parmasian cheese to coat the tomatoes. It's great!

I like finely ground pork rinds. Crispy and crunchy and really GOOD! I like to "spice it up" with the hot 'n spicy flavored rinds..... Dip the tomato slices in beaten egg, then press firmly into the pork rind crumbs to coat both sides. Fry 'em up in some hot oil and enjoy! Char Don't squat with yer spurs on!

I use a combination of almond flour and parmasian. Also, I've found that just the egg whites make a good drench.
