| Last night I made a chocolate raspberry shake using: 1 packet Jamaican SF kool-aide. a bit of Toraini SF raspberry syrup a bit of unsweetened cocoa powder, about 2 tsp about 2 tsp powdered egg white some SF French vanilla Toraini syrup 2 big mugfulls of water about 12 packets of Spenda 2 Tablespoon heavy cream ice (about 12 cubes) I mixed it in my blender and had about 3-4 big mugfulls of beverage. It really hits the spot for an after-dinner beverage. This is the first time I had put cocoa powder in the kool-aide concoction. The powdered egg whites help make the drink frothy.
