If you haven't used Grill Buddies from Reynolds, they are a trick when grilling veggies or fish.

Tonight I grilled grouper and the Buddies made it so easy.

Grill Buddies are textured, slotted, aluminum foil sheets that are 12"x18". My package has 8 sheets.

I intended to purchase a grill basket but decided on these instead. Clean up is a breeze.

BTW, the grouper was awesome. I marinated the grouper in fresh lime juice for about 5 minutes. Next, I used a dry rub, placed the fish on the grill and basted with unsalted butter as the fillets grilled. My guys who are not real fans of broiled fish, loved this.

I saw those at the store and wondered if they would be worth to money. YES!!! Sounds like they work great and I am DEFINITELY a fan of easy cleanup...LOL
Thanks for the heads-up <smilie face here>

If you are ever looking for a good indoor grill that is easy to clean up, I recommend one by Hamilton Beach. The grids come out for cleaning, the container for the grease is good-sized, it opens flat if you want to add cheese to your burgers. It also has a 15 minute timer.

Much easier to use than the George Foreman Grill!

The grill buddies are great. So easy, no clean up just throw out.

I also recommend the Hamilton Beach grill. It is what I use for my winter time grilling.
